    La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, muy cercana al metro, en el corazón de la ciudad y cerca de los museos. Las habitaciones grandes, limpias y con camas cómodas. El desayuno variado y delicioso, con opciones para todos los gustos. El personal muy amable y atento.

    As young people, we loved the spacious and modern rooms. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had a fantastic playground for the kids.

    Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.

    Amazing view of the lake, with clouds hovering above. The staff were friendly and ensured our safety with temperature checks. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner, a nice touch. I recommend this hotel for families and couples.

    The view of the lake the services in the hotel , it include breakfast from 7-10 and dinner the same, alot of activity inside the hotel and the horse ride was amazing

    I liked the location of hotel and variety of their breakfast and dinner. But I think the hotel is over ranked and its deserve only 3-4 stars not definitely 5.

    They lack basic traveler requirement like iron and iron table though they rated 5 stars.

    I recently stayed at a hotel by the lake and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, right by the lake with breathtaking views. The hospitality was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered free breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for families and couples!

    Location is breath-taking and nice weather, nice facilities, great coffee shop with a nice heated cabin beside the lake.. really a place for relaxing and a great place for family and newly married couples..

    the rooms are good for a 4 stars hotel also the gym is poor..

    The weather was exceptionally fantastic specially during early hours. pleasently enough it rained every morning and was cloudy during the day. since it is as high as 1600 meters it was cold and chilling. I spent great 3 nights with my little kids and it was enough my family & I enjoyed our stay.

    Hotel is rated as 5 stars, whereas the facilities were not much of so. Windows hadn't the net to deter ınsects specially is gets cold at night and we needed to keep windows open except for the darn mosquitoes.
